The following individuals are experts in many areas of the convention industry:

Melvin Tennant,
President & CEO
When Tennant took office as president and chief executive officer in 2007 after the resignation of Greg Ortale, he has steered the organization through his strong leadership skills, innovative ideas and amicable demeanor. A 20-year travel and convention industry veteran, he has worked fervently to ensure the growth of Meet Minneapolis.

Kevin Lewis,
Vice President of Convention Sales
A 22-year hospitality industry veteran, Lewis joined Meet Minneapolis in 1987. He is now responsible for sales at the Minneapolis Convention Center and Meet Minneapolis.

Karyn Gruenberg,
Vice President of Marketing
Gruenberg joined Meet Minneapolis in 1996 to oversee the development of all marketing tools to better sell Minneapolis as a tourist and convention destination.
